I think the coodinator should treat all possibilities equally as much as he/she can, so I advert to the possibility of the case Simon is Lunatic and Katharina is Seeress.
But, on a personal note, I think it's extremely rare.
Nicolas and I are easy to make hypothetical Werewolves, as we say SG.
Let's consider that Simon is Lunatic; he knows that I'm Human and Nicolas is Human by Katharina's prophesy, so he must want to say me and Nicolas BLACK!

If I get the black result tomorrow, I'll suggest the villagers to hang him as the LW.
