Why did he have to came out?

There were already 3 would-be Seer(esse)s at his coming-out point.
The considerble breakdown is; Seer(ess), Werewolf and Medium (or Just-Villager. As of Guardian, I think the possibility of it to be thin though it is incontrovertible.) OR Seer(ess) and 2 Werewolves.
If there is a Medium (or alternative Village-person), I think he/she will slide: his coming-out take a pretty high risk of leading to lynch 1 or 2 Werewolves.
I think it inadvisable as behavior of Lunatic.

I think that the Werewolves have preferable alternative in the last case: for example both pretenders keep pretending and make different lines.
Moreover, Werewolves apt to feel more difficult to work together with hidden Lunatic than with comen-out Lunatic, so it's natural they consider Lunatic already came out as a pretender.
I think, in the case Simon is Werewolf, he knew the slide-occurring ----- in other words, there was a Werewolf of the two: Simson and Nicolas.

I think it remarkable Moritz has asked Katharina and Simon about confirming time (See >>1:181).
